Safe sex???

OK I was with my ex girlfriend for 4 1/2 years in an exclusive relationship. We both got tested and were disease free, so she went on birth control which allowed us to have sex without using condoms. I love skin on skin and a nice<b> cream pie </font></b>so this was a great situation until we broke up. Now that I'm back in the scene I'm always using a condom since you never can tell what your next partner is carrying. I would just like to know for those that enjoy creampies how do you stay safe? I'm guessing both partners must show proof of a recent blood test but this can be very difficult some times. Please comment if you read this blog, let me know if you always use condoms, or what you do if you do not use them. I know from viewing a lot of women's profile pictures that they do it skin on skin and I'm not sure if they would show me a recent blood test before having sex.
