The 'F*ck It' List

During one of our recent soaks, P and I hit on the topic of a 'f*ck it' list (wish I could take credit for this, and I can't remember where I saw it, but I liked it and 'borrowed' it!).

We spent some time discussing what we would like to do next, what we would like to see and experience. P had a few ideas, but as usual Mr. Perv had the bulk!

Many years ago I blew a knee playing football. This injury required multiple surgeries and the knee was finally replaced. This has led to me not being able to 'preform' a position or 2, since I really can't kneel. P has said she doesn't care, but when we use toys, she will - every once in a while - put herself in one of those positions.

So she agreed that would probably make the list. So I pressed her a bit on what she would like to experience. I found it was easier getting her to say what she didn't want versus what she did.

This caused us to veer off topic a touch into the idea of 'good girl/bad girl' image. P admitted that a big part of the thrill for her is being a 'bad girl' as this was not the way she was raised (we were both brought up conservative middle class, with her more conservative).

That discussion was actually more interesting, at least to me. I gathered insight into how P thinks (well, at least a little). It made me recall years ago P would say things like "I can't do that, I'm a mother!" And that would be things like wearing a bikini, a low cut blouse, things like that.

In our relationship, I have always been the one to push the boundaries, from buying toys/movies to new positions to incorporating other folks. I have always been the more adventurous one, and she the 'voice of reason' as she calls it.

She wondered if that was the 'norm' for others, and so we ask:
In your relationship, is one of you more adventurous?
Does one do most of the 'research' while the other enjoys the 'benefits?'
What is actually on your list? (Our list will be a post for another day!)

Great post. I think a lot of your answers come down to which partner is the dominate one. I believe that person often directs much of what goes on. As I have gotten older I do think I am getting more adventurous. My list..... A guy has to have a secret or two
