How many?

Today has been a fantastic day!! I was able to complete several projects in my shop, clean the house and get to the grocery store. On my way out of Kroger, a lady tripped and fell. Instinctively, I went over and helped her up to make sure she was alright. Alas, she had a cut on her hand. Being a rescue diver and just who I am, I brought her to my car, just a few feet away and was able to pull out a first aid kit and get her patched up. A total stranger.
I curious as to how many people out there would help a stranger in any circumstance. If you wouldn't, thats cool...I'm just curious as to why. I'd love everyones input just because... So, please be honest...thank you all in advance!!!

 Sugar....I try to help people whenever I can. I have even been in line at the drive through and paid for the person's food behind me. Life is what you make of it and if you don't help anyone you can, then what's the point?

 hrdrock, I have many times help a stranger out. It is wonderful too see others that do help as well.
