Daylight Savings Time is for the Cows

Back when America consisted of farms and the like, the government found it necessary to develop a timing situation to allow said farmers the ability to till and harvest crops reasonably.

Yes, the only country on planet Earth.

Fast forward to the modernized 21st century, where in my sleepiness and annoyance for losing an hour worth of downtime wonder, "IS THAT EVEN FUCKIN' NECESSARY ANYMORE?"

Me thinks during all my elementary/middle school/high school social studies/history class excursions, the above 1st paragraph is possibly right - but it really doesn't matter, adjusting should only be done for morning wood comfort, and not twice during a given year

Granted, I am more apt and agreeable when we fall back into a routine better suited later on in 2013.

Sigh.

Daylight Savings time or whatever the heck we are in now was actually lengthened to create more "energy savings" so we could have more work hours with more light.

My answer to that is "eh."
Ironically, I am feeling dead tired at the fact my life is now shorter in expansive time than it was yesterday - annoyance doesn't begin to define exactly how I am suppose to vent concerning this.

And I find that since we (canada) switched to the American date for Daylight Savings change it comes way too late, my body responding to the increased sunlight in the morning is ready for the change at least a week if not two weeks before we make the actual change.
I am way past annoyed now thinking it's one part of time, when I am already tripping because it's inching ever closer to when I am going to bed. It's 60 minutes, 3,600 seconds, and I need every one of those buggers to even function on a clear headed level. Apparently now I have 3,600 reasons to go ballistic on it instead!
