$%^ Mmm Hot coffee
Just how important is a hot beverage to you, to start your day? For me it is coffee, and I suspect for others it is tea?. There is something soothing to me, sipping a hot cup of coffee in the morning. It seemed to be a constant while I was in the military. I have never developed a taste for tea though. While we are on the morning subject, do you eat breakfast? If you do, is it considered important for you to start the day? For me, it is my foundation for the day, gets me fueled and ready to go.

 Good morning Pal, as you know I can't drink coffee, but I am glad you enjoy yours. I am going to have a cup of Sea Salt Carmel Hot Cocoa in a few as I watch This Week With George Stephanopolus. I hope your Sunday is treating you well, and enjoy your coffee..

 Breakfast for me is herbal tea, lemon, ginger & honey, a fruit & veg smoothy, 1/2 grapefruit then oat Granola (gluten free) with Hazelnut milk; I only eat during the day when I go to the cinema either a McD chicken burger & Greggs Steak bake or Dble cheese burger & Chicken bake with fantastic good filter coffee from the Stratford Picturehouse, (or occasionally Hackney on Silver Screen days if it's only showing there); late supper is more herbal tea, an apple, a few Kettle Chips dipped in pate (the bag lasts a lot longer that way), healthy veg curry & finally my indulgences of a Lidl Choc Nut bar, a Pasta del Nata & great filter Coffee & Chicory, unless I have female company when I enjoy some sweet pussy juice which is of course very healthy & the best indulgence ever too! It's what I call pareto nutrition, i.e. 80% healthy, 20% indulgence, stay healthy & safe my friends, Mark x
