Ok, time to confess. Have you ever had a wardrobe failure? Have you ever deliberately flashed someone in public. Maybe it was your partner?  The flashing woman outside the Homebase store looks like she's from Nottingham as that store looks like my local store. When I last went there, there was no flashing then!
