Actually I did not have to , but I did it. One of my neighbors asked that I take their corgi . They have had him for many years but due to their age are just not able physically keep up with him now. I have two brutes, a Bull mastiff and the Great Pyrenes , they are gentle giants. The corgi is so much smaller than them and is always busy . They all know each other and love playing, of course with the small corgi in . I have always loved having and am actually looking forward to the addition. Probably the biggest adjustment will be having him indoors during the bad cold since he is not really built for big cold exposure. I am going to be surrounded , actually not a bad thing. Have you ever unexpectedly made a pet addition your "herd"? What is the most you have had at one time? Who do have now?

 That is so great that you took their Corgi, and I am sure your really going to be busy with all three of your dogs now. I don't have one and I will never have another dog, since I had to put mine to sleep years ago. I hope you have enjoyed your Thursday..

 I was a volunteer with the local Great Dane rescue for years, so I always had at least 2 Danes running around here, sometimes 3. Right now I have one fawn, and he's my heart.
