ðŸŒŪ😋 A bit of a treat
I found a slight gap in my food stock for this occasion. It is pork!!! I do have pork chops, but I am short on some roasts . I have learned over the years to enjoy the preparation in ways that so many cultures use. I savor the scent throughout the house, it is so homey in nature. My favorite is Puerto Rican style. The roasted shoulder, the<b> meat </font></b>is permeated the fat from the roasting, flavor added such great spice selections. The preparation is fun, involves a (if you have one) , fun arguments of how to do it ( every ones family has a different recipe). My experience has been that they are all great. There are so any other things to make with pork, I am actually drooling here . I think I better go to the store and correct this shortage of pork roasts. Do you enjoy pork? Is there a specific style you enjoy? As things move along, are you finding shortages in you food storage?

 Very nice , We do a lot of smoking ribs, and butts on our smoker , we enjoy it, but the clean up is a bitch hehehe , great blog, thanks

 oh, no! lunch was not very filling and this is making me super hungry!

our fridge crashed and SHERMAN opted to get a smaller fridge.
it doesn't store a lot of meals.
like i have no clue what's for dinner.
yeah. i'm already thinking about dinner...
we have a frozen meal in that i might ask to be made early.

lunch was philly cheesesteak MEAT, cheddar sliced cheese and white bread.
so i tried it with an english muffin.
still ravenous.
went for a protein shake!
ate a bunch of fig newtons...

clock watching to dinner!!!!!!!
