I readily admit that through out the years, I have willingly participated in the use of Junk Food . I know they are not good for my health, but I succumbed to their lure. I have not completely given up on them, but I am showing much more restraint. How are you doing with Junk Food? What is your definition of Junk Food? Do you have a favorite? And in the past? I guess it is a part of our culture, but I believe that restraint should be used.

 Food whether junk or otherwise, I love it.. sadly junk food tends to be cheaper then healthy, and usually ready to eat or quickly ready. I finished all the goodies from Christmas and have requested no junk for a while. Somehow clothes seem a little tighter. 😣

 I have never really been hung up on sweets. I do like my chips. My thoughts is don’t hand them in the house that way your not going to eat them. Hugs V
