Wow this last part of the year really screwed up my meal schedules and content. That is especially true for breakfast. That has always been the foundation to my day. And it starts to guide me for the day. There are so many styles of meals. I guess being raised on a farm and then following through with the military set me down this path. What is your history with breakfast? Do you have favorites for the meal? Is it a constant or non existent for you? My godsons have been brought up with it in their lives and the seem to be moving along quite well.

 I hated breakfast even when I was little. My mother used to threaten to keep[ me home from school if I didnt eat something. Now I am still a bit iffy but if you give me an omelet, bacon and rye toast at 10am I can really enjoy it- especially the omelet

 Happy Monday Pal, no breakfast here today as we were up and running early. Maybe tomorrow though or maybe New Years Day. And it usually consists of fried potatoes, or hash browns, sausage and some kind of eggs, and toast or English muffin. I hope you enjoy your next breakfast, and enjoy your day..
