I am of the opinion that Pizza is an essential food . For most, a cheese pizza is the basic start to gastric bliss. If you are adventurous. But the basic cheese pizza is wonderful. With the red sauce, or with out it. Thin crust, deep crust and many types in between. Do you enjoy pizza? What type? I think I will stick with cheese pizza to honor is integrity.

 I love pizza!

My favorite is thin crust with olives, green peppers, and maybe some spinach, with mozzarella and a red sauce.

I also like a margarita pizza - tomato, basil, and mozzarella with a red sauce.

Now I'm going to want pizza, lol.
