I could never do it
Maybe it is my genes or sense of commitment? I look at folks that do that serious body work with awe and disbelief. Can you imagine what it takes to get that "buff'. I know I have posted several times about it questioning the need or wisdom in the past. maybe I have a fixation. Have you ever, or are you a body builder? Do you know anyone that is?

 We all know that I'm not a body builder. Spunky is right about that fine line. I find overly muscled men unappealing and overly muscled women scary. OVERLY being the key word.
Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

 I think the women who use steriods lose their femininity....they look masculine and they lose too much body fat. I like a female body builder to still have femininity!

 Body-building is a lifetime commitment. If you stop,it turns to very unattractive flab. I do some light body-building,alternating arms to lift my coffee cup
