*** A mountain out of a mole hill?
I have posted about this before, but it came to mind again. Is there a health benefit, or is it ego? I saw a young lady at the gym yesterday that brought this subject to mind. I think she is a body builder . I do admire the obvious commitment she has brought to her quest and I certainly am not trying to disparage what she is doing. I am just wondering about the practicalities of working to "bulk" ones body / muscle mass to what many may think as excessive. I know for a fact that I had several male "body builders" in my military units over the years. And to put it bluntly, they were useless when it came to mobility and flexibility needed in field conditions. Is that the same for all body builders? I can not say, that was just an observation. I want to emphasis, I am not trying to be negative towards their choices, it is something that I could never accomplish myself . My question (s) to you,, Is this body "shape" attractive to you (be it male or female)? Have you tried to "be that way"? Do you admire their commitment to this life style? Add anything that you like to this conversation

 I do find some of them sexy and attractive! but, I don't have the time or commitment to be like them....to spend hours every day in gym working out!

 I am not really into this body building kind of stuff buy hubby is. .Now you know what will be driving him crazy when he is recovering from this surgery! I do like muscles but not that many of them. hugssssssss V

 Healthy body yes, to look like the body builders for me is a big no..that is a real turn off for me..
Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

 moderation! I am not a musclebound guy. excessively built women are not especially attractive to me (if she can toss me like a rag doll,it may be a turnoff)
