Time to get greased up. I mean the baking pans of course . I am going to a Gender Reveal party. I have to confess that I had never heard of such a thing. I guess it is taking the place of a Baby shower? Well, I have been elected to make a couple pans of corn bread. One will have jalapeño peppers and the other will be plain cornbread. Do you have a specialty that you take to parties? Maybe it is your signature party food? Of course , as always any help would be appreciated

 Mine is Arroz con pollo (rice with chicken) it is always a hit. He always try's to help and can be such a great pest

 I've never heard of a Gender Reveal party. But I'm all for any excuse for a party!
I always take alcohol to parties and a small gift for the hosts.
