There should be a quota . A minimum daily acceptable number of smiles and hugs. Well at least smiles. So many times each day, I am brightened by someone's smile. I may be silly, but it does really , for that nano second connect me to someone special. Do you smile, say good morning, hello , etc? Do you enjoy seeing a smile? And a hug, as appropriate of course. And don't forget a thank you

 I smile all day at work and rarely does a patient leave without a smile on their face. Hugs are in short supply tho.
Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!
