*** Good Morning Blogland!!!  . Do you like mornings? What is your morning routine? Is coffee, tea or some other beverage part of the wakeup ritual? For me, breakfast is a big meal, it just gets my day going smoothly. How about you?       |

I would love a proper breakfast every morning but I tend to only make breakfast at weekends. My weekday breakfast resembles below!  [image]

Although I greet each day with an air of pseudo gaiety, I'm not a fan of them. I wake to the painful reality that my anatomy in my waking life doesn't match my anatomy in my sleeping life. I have no rituals, per se but do wake up and go to the toilet (if necessary), wash my hands and go put the saucepan of water on the stovetop (I have no jug or kettle) and whilst waiting for it to boil, I usually wash my coffee mug... Depending upon how hungry I am, I will either have a light snack or half a very large lasagne or a steak or a pizza or something similar, if I have time.

I'm more of a night person as I've worked midnights most of my life. But a good Mt. Dew and a cheese dog do the trick for me. I eat breakfast in the evening and love sausage gravy and biscuits with hash browns. [image]
