And two days later there appears a post in that rooms threads by the above moderator. Coincidental I guess. She is absolutely right , there are two sides to all stories and this blog is an effort to get the second side out and show how management squashes and bans anyone that is not towing the line. Please note the hideous lie in the response by the Senior Moderator,,,, Most things can always be worked out (her actions have shown that not to be her style) Moderator….. 11/30/2012 10:57 pm Can't believe everything Years ago (many years) I used to teach pre-school. At the beginning of ever year I would tell the parents that I would hear a lot about them and they would hear a lot about me during the year. I made them a deal that if they would only believe half of what they heard, I would give them the same courtesy. I think the same premise can be applied to the rooms here. I have seen many comments about different rooms, members, and events here. I try to always remember that there are generally always at least two sides to every story. So if/when you read a comment, blog rant - whatever - badmouthing something or someone on the site, have the courtesy and maturity to remember that not everything is cut and dry and take the time to visit the room or talk to the person being blasted and judge for yourself.(my note,,excellent advice) Would you really want everyone to believe everything they might hear about you without at least giving you half a chance? (my note,,Like the half a chance they gave to superstud,even when the offending person admitted what he did, whose removal as moderator and room banning is described above) Senior Moderator ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 12/2/2012 3:06 pm ****~ thank you for this post. Attention ReadersI think it is fair that I post this Please, If anyone feels the facts or posts in this blog are not accurate post your comment or a rebuttal. Unlike DG and its management, I will not “revise history”, any comments or rebuttals made will stand as posted,the good the bad and the ugly. I do reserve the right to comment on the comments though. And a special invitation to DG management since they do have moderator (s) visiting this blog and reporting back, please add your comments, rebuttals or observations. The only thing I ask, is leave out peoples names unless you have their permission to post it , as a courtesy.

"She" - the mod who has supposedly "turned" actually hasn't. I posted what i considered a legitimate question after the member that you make out to be a victim bashed the room mods for the upteenth time. No room or mod is perfect and i will not be so arrogant as to say that I and other mods haven't on occasion made mistakes. I do try my best to be fair and to keep an open mind. Just as you say here in your post repeatedly that members should not be bullied and intimidated, neither should I as a mod. I was actually ready to let the whole thing go but this member felt it necessary to call me out in the room and try to intimidate me. If she hated the room and the mods that much I can't understand why she continued to visit.

This was posted in the moderators chat room a few days ago. A brief statement (s) or complaint (s) about my blog..guess this Senior Moderator did not want to vent on this blog. Here is an email exchange about a person who was banned from DG. Admitted changing name, and came back. A Senior Moderator and owner of sister room did not seem concerned since this person was a good regular in the sister room (Her room). (Person was subsequently banned under the new name in DG) Sender: Senior Moderator To: pal334 Date: Oct 4, 2012 3:20 PM EDTYes not sure of old nick but *** was in it. I think the story was he got banned and didnt think the ban was fair so wrote Owner. Dont thin Owner ever got back to him. So he changed nick and came to KR told me about it but i dont know specifics. this was posted on the DG notice board by***** before she left the DG group and it was deleted by someone.. 10 Oct 2012. She was instrumental in keeping the room afloat for a long time and was cast aside by the management of the room. She did not fit the senior moderators view which is now the owners thoughts of how the room will be. And in fact was deleted by the Senior Moderator. Revisionist history again. title Leaving Daddys Girl Leaving Daddy's Girls Once upon a time, I spent a lot of time in this group and participated in the running while OWNER was down and out. Then real life intruded and I made the decision to leave. Once I came back, I still popped in and out of the room to say hi to people I missed. Today, someone deleted two of my threads that had many views and posts on them. Threads that were educational and were helpful to many. I think I know who did this. But regardless, it was a slap in the face and because of this, I am leaving this group before this person bans me.

Here is a ban posted by the Senior Moderator in my blog post ,dated 1/24/2013 3:25 pm. Please read the reason. Then below it you will see an excerpt from the room rules which clearly show that the banned members actions did not violate room rules. You decide, is it continued poor room management to allow it? Or a Senior Moderator who clearly is not aware of the very rules that are supposed to be enforced? I am confused, this mentioning of IM and drawing from the room was a banning offense on 1/30/2013 4:09 pm.( see my blog post dated 2/2/2013 6:37 am) But as you see below, the Room Owner and his “Baby” did it in chat today ( 4 Feb 2013). ( I would like to take the opportunity for thanking her for her visit to my blog)I do not think he or the other moderator (s) present will ban him, or her. Is this an example that it is in fact ok , per room rules, or did the Senior Moderator in the above blog post make an unjust Ban of that room member? Which, I then promptly left yours and Senior Moderator / Sister room owner,,room to never return. Your phony apologies have fallen on deaf ears. Perhaps when you sober up and start acting like a man and apologize for the REAL reason I was banned then perhaps I will accept your apology. I have been patient and just sat back and kept my eyes and ears open and I know the real reason you and Senior Moderator / Sister room owner banned me and it for damn sure was The real reason was that when Jenna posted a thread on the board about leaving DG and I posted on her thread before you and Senior Moderator / Sister room owner deleted it. What I posted was what got me banned. I posted on the thread begging her to stay and not let a couple of idiots run her off. Little did I realize at the time that the two idiots were you and Senior Moderator / Sister room owner. Naturally you couldn't ban me for that as it would have backfired on you and got everyone upset. So, you had to come up with something and you found it even though the person that did attend your precious senior mod meetings came forward and cleared me. You still had to keep up that load of bullshit. Well it back fired on you anyway and I can tell by people's reaction and a big loss of members from your rooms that the ONLY reason you sent that last phony apology was to try and do damage control. Well slick you can't un-ring a bell. YOU and Senior Moderator / Sister room owner caused the damage and you will have to live with it. Have you not yet learned that when you screw over your friends for no valid reasons that not only do you lose friends and their respect you also lose the respect of everyone else around you. Sure you think you have "friends" that will stand by you two but everyone else sees them as ass kissers. I am also well aware that you are sending the remaining moderators out to check on the people you have banned from your precious rooms and report back to you and Senior Moderator / Sister room owner. ( My note: As evidenced by visits to this blog and Moderators who otherwise never strayed from DG joining other rooms now)That is just a sign of weakness and desperation and a sure sign that your rooms won’t be on for very much longer. Oh, and it has come to my attention that you have recently told ****** that I was trying to have her banned for stalking me. That is an outright lie and you know it and you had better stop that bullshit RIGHT NOW or you will find out that trying to discredit me is the absolute worst thing you can do. Don’t bother me again! Another ban by the same Senior Moderator for a member who was asking someone to IM. Seems management has a rogue Senior Moderator who is just banning folks at his own discretion , even though they have violated no rules. Management is apparently taking no corrective actions, or is encouraging this type of activity by the Senior Moderator[/B](my note,maybe to get pressure off them?). See my posts,, 2/2/2013 6:37 am and 2/4/2013 12:08 pm for a similar incident. Senior Moderator,,,, 2/6/2013 3:49 pm,,, Banned********* for repeated asking ###### to instant messenger in the room i gave them either time as it was starting to disrupt the room so asked them to stop which they both didnt she then disrespected me i then advised her time had come to an end in the room enough was enough the request for instant messenger must have gone on for approx 15 minutes.. Here is the slow decline of DG membership. Remember, this number reflects new members as well as the loss of old members ( members that are banned as well are not counted anymore into these numbers ). I arbitrarily picked the below periods as a start point . I saw this followup to the ban of a Room Moderator I posted in this blog on 12/26/2012 10:52 am. If you crawl enough and “play the game” you can get back in it seems. I think I forgot to mention previously,the Moderator that was banned was the Room Owners “MASTER” for along time. Guess that this was a good way to end a relationship? So in the interest of fairness I post this anyways. You decide, did he (Senior Moderator) bow to the pressure of this blog?
