raspberries, whipped cream, and cocoa crispies

That's tonight's desert/midnight snack.

Wow. What a weekend. I am sexhausted. Handsome Gumby arrived yesterday mid afternoon for a sleepover. I had him stripped and on the bed in moments. I had all these grandiose plans for taking him into the woods and having some tent sex, but no. I saw him, kissed him, and have to have him pronto. And have him I did. At break time however we moved our party to the barn. We started with sex in the lower level hay manger. Then we moved up to the hay loft where I got the neck & wrist restraints on him and had him tied to the wooden beams. This enabled me to have more sex and also subject him to some tickle torture. After freeing him we had a bunch more sex on a stack of hay bales. It was heaven.

Gumby is quite handy, so I asked him his advice on where I would get the best support with my joist-mounted sling bolt. We agreed on the spot and were about to begin installation, but I didn't have the right drill bit and was missing a locking bolt. SO we drove into town, got what we needed, and had some scrumptious Asian dinner. We got home, I made raspberries & whipped cream, and then went to bed and got busy. After a great night sleep, we got up, had more sex, lots of coffee, farm fresh eggs & bread, and more sex.

Just when I thought my day couldn't get any better, my Minnesota Vikings won their first game of the season, in overtime! Woo hoo! Also, my 8 year old came over to hang out for the afternoon.

I've got a half marathon with Holly in Toronto coming up in mid Oct, so I needed to get a long run in. Since it was dark by the time I finally had the time, I drove into town where there were some lit paths. Unfortunately, I was hit with what I think is exercise-induced asthma! My 8 mile run instead was only a 5 mile run/walk. A worse version of this hit me in Toronto a couple of weeks ago when Holly & I ran a 10k. I attributed it to the smog alert they had that day. I'll schedule a doctor visit. Hopefully an inhaler will whip me back into shape.

WELL, it's bed time. In the morning I fly to Philly and then spend the rest of the week in New Jersey.

G'nite.
