廢除死刑?

廢除死刑是一條漫長的路途，

要先達成社會大眾的共識，

在此之前，只能勇於執行公權力!

現在的法務部長如果要奉行馬總統簽下國際人權公約時標榜的人權治國理念，
那就要檢討修改現有法令，送進立法院來修法!

如果怠忽職守，既不修法，又不執行死刑，民眾就展現輿論來要求！

 或者可以試著把關進監獄的、 失去自由的人群當作 我們有行動自由的對照組!

人生際遇無常，

有時成功 有時失敗!

有時得意 有實失意!

有時自由民主 有時獨裁專制!

有時在監獄外 有時在監獄內! (希望永遠不要發生)

 廢死聯盟的發言流於情緒性!

這樣是無法與一般民眾做有效的溝通! 這些人算是不夠資格談廢死的!

廢死是一個高標準的目標，沒辦法一僦可及的，現階段只能當成社會運動! 只有在一個國家或社會大眾已經夠成熟，能夠放下報復的心理，把犯重罪的人看成是生病了，想辦法來醫治他們! 來教化他們!

能否成功? 其實還是蠻有疑問的! 所以要有配套措施，如果沒有把握就寧可將他們與外面社會永久隔離，不能放出來再犯! 這就牽涉到國家的財力，財力不夠還是不能談廢死的!

這是我的淺見，提出來討論。
