Hnw out for a walk
What did you do for exercise today?

I took a nice walk along the water in honor of the HNW and me.

 I took a trail run....hot today....my picture was taken on another trail....Happy HNW! Lovely picture! Thanks!

 I did a nice 32 mile ride before work on Wed. So much better that the gym..
A nice walk with you would get my heart rate up a bit I am sure....

Sounds like a great ride. I don't ride bikes unless they are cruisers. I have fallen off just to many times and the payment hurts.

I'm sure it would be more than your heart rate that goes up if you go for a walk with me.
