Oh and I won't take it personally that not one of my 56 fans even said a Happy New Years back to me or wished me well in the new year

 There are fans and there are fans, I suppose.

There's folks who sign up and register for things and then there are those who quietly admire, from a distance. Count me among the latter. In a culture of cockshots, blurred faces and gynecological detail, your photography stands out. It's sexy, erotic and it represents the sensibility expressed in your profile.

I love all that stuff and so while I'm not sure I am among your 56 "fans", please allow me to extend my best wishes for a happy new year and while I'm at it, express my wishes for more great self-portraits.

 Happy new year! I've been very quiet lately, even on my own blog, as I work through some personal issues. I like the drawing of you (in your other blog post) very much. I have no idea how accurate it is, though.
