Hope you feel better. Sucks to be klumsy. I have so many sprained ankles from being klumsy. i feel for ya.

I'm a klutz, when I put on my cape and become that super hero. People don't know I'm the "Black Curly" everyone knows how much a klutz he was.

Oh OUCH my dear friend, I can only imagine how bad that hurt, I have fallen on my tail bone before, and it hurt big time I still suffer from the pain of it even today. I hope you feel better soon, and be careful going down and up your stairs. I hope you get some rest today   Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

I have done that also! 3 years ago- I slipped in ice in a parking lot and ended up breaking 9 ribs for a total of 18 breaks and punctured a lung. no fun for sure! we have to be a lot more careful now!!

Ouch ouch ouch! When I was reading the story, I was expecting you to come back to bed and locate some lost popcorn with your bahookie, but that took a very unexpected turn. Hope you recover soon.

Ice it down. Last weekend I fell backwards and landed on a rock that was protruding from the ground. Landed scare on my tail bone. OMG that freaking hurts!!

Hope you feel better soon . I have did something to my hip this past week from doing some D/s play. The Light is shinning and she is lonely and waiting in the darkness.

Did a similar thing coming down the stairs in my smooth soled moccasins. Had to step over one of our cats who didn't want to make way for me. Smooth moccasins slipped and I slid down three steps, evidently banging the inside of my right thigh. Next day, as i was sitting in the truck waiting for the rig crew, I was short of breath. Long story short, I developed a blood clot in that leg that broke free and headed for my lungs. Pain was vicious and I was glurping for air, but I could breathe. Ended up in emergency where they discovered the problem. Hospital couldn't do anything for the clot; only time got rid of it.

Could have been a lot worse... glad you only have a sore ass to show for it. lol I'm pretty coordinated, but during the first lockdown I was cleaning windows in my bedroom, and standing on this rickety fold up chair. You know what happened next... I stepped up on it on one side... it tilted... and I was airborne! My ribs hit the chair, my but the carpet, and when I landed I realized how lucky I was nothing was broken. I was laughing on the ground. Next day I had bruises on my rib cage, and it hurt every time I laughed. Thoughts from the Garden...

Tripped on my couch while holding a glass of water ; saved the water, slammed onto my hardwood floors and lay there for ten minutes, thinking I'd broken everything. Damn, I saw stars. I'm certainly not a natural born athlete, but why work-out routine does include my balancing practice, so I rarely fall hard ( unless significant alcohol consumption is implicated  )If you're needing someone to rub those sore areas... I really hate it when something like this happens, and you have been careful, Get well , at least nothing broken and worse would have been if someone sa it happen.. Ice and rest, just don't get to much rest.. I feel such sympathy for you. I have lower back and hip carry overs from injuries. I hope you are recovering. Maybe that bruise needs some personal care  . I have found that a heat pad helps me recover.

Oh I am definitely a klutz....and it's always my ass that suffers. I slipped in the snow once...boom flat out on my ass. Also fell backwards over my daughter's dog....bang goes my ass again!!!  ~~Anais Nin~~

I did twist my ankle a few months ago. Stepped into a tree well in front of a casino. Couldn't walk on it for a couple of days. Get well soon.
