ROAD TRIP!!
Tomorrow morning I leave Kansas City to make my way back to Las Vegas. It has been a good trip home and I am so excited to be bringing my car back this time. The commuting for three week stretches and then back has been great. Been living with my brother and his wife with no car! So this will begin a new chapter in my move to Vegas! Can you say freedom!!!
Game plan is to make Denver the first night stay with a friend, then onto Grand Junction, then to Jacobs Lake for a few days to check out the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. I am travelling with my best gal pal Dee. She is a photographer and a blogger. I am an artist and have done some mixed media pieces that include Barbie, (will put up some pictures sometime.) I also have a great friend who actually collects old Barbies and Barbie vintage clothes. I tend to get the cast off outfits and buy Barbies at the thrift stores.
Ok so the idea is to take along a few Barbies and do a blog about our adventure. My alias is Tawdry Audrey and Dee’s is Wildnwanton! So the other night over a few glasses of wine and hanging out with the boys (roommates and good friends) I start getting the Barbies ready for the adventure!
