which are you? master or servant? so one of my favorite time wasters at work is to watch cutesy videos (unlike 90% of the internet I am not a cat person and will not watch a cat video) anyways... I was watching a short little snippet today about why humans and dogs are "best friends". seems some research team got a nice fat government grant and this is how they use it... turns out that b/c of their large eyes, and cuteness, we are drawn to dogs in the same way that we are drawn to babies (really? I never would have guessed! great use of govt grant money) however the vid did ask 1 fun question at the end... they asked do you own your or does your own you? now I have to be honest here.... I don't currently own a dog... and yet every single I meet (that doesn't try to eat me that is) instantly owns me! the way some women are about babies.... that's how I am about dogs. leave me along with that little guy and I guarantee you in under 5 minutes i'll be sweet talking him soo much that, if he could talk, even the would tell me to shut up! so which one are you? do you own your dog, or does your own you? enquiring, and slightly tipsy, minds want to know! |

there's a really fun reel that i follow on instagram called rubydoobydoo! Its with a zipper nosed dobie that is brilliant! Okay, I'll admit, it helps that the owner is hot!  My dog definitely owned me. She was a black lab that used to run into my arms whenever I got in the door, and would sit on my feet and lean against me.
