Ok what do you do when someone steals stuff?

I have a relative who is a little greedy. Lets call her sis. So I try to give presents to her and , but my sis steals them for herself! I have learned to put the money or item in the hand of my niece or nephew. If they are dumb enough to turn over the loot to the control freak, that is their loss...

I have evolved to avoid sis and deal with others directly.

The irony is sis is as rich or richer than me... Not sure why she needs to steal from her . She buys them nice stuff she just does not want any competition?
