Declare victory and surrender

Trump still does not understand. He is losing the battle. He cannot force a wall. He cannot win the war by words. Pelosi is smarter and tougher than Trump. He needs to win by<b> lying. </font></b>He needs to declare victory and release McConnell to restart the government. His supporters will honor his fight and believe he won even though he did not. They are so used to his lies, another one won't matter.

Once you paint yourself in a corner, there is no easy clean exit.
