The disaster started by Hurricane Maria and another one damaged the poor infrastructure of Puerto Rico. Trump is not at fault for the weather obviously, but is at fault for not making repairs a priority. He is cheap when it comes to PR lives.

The latest survey by an independent university concluded about 3,000 people died from the aftermath of the failure to provide electricity and basic services for a year!

Trump grades himself an A+ for his presidency. I give him an F. Divisive, impulsive and unhinged, corrupt and narcissistic. Caging immigrant and trying to destroy DACA shows animus against immigrants. The Muslim Ban show religious discrimination. His refusal to condemn white supremacy groups shows Nazi sympathy.

Note the FEMA funeral assist fund has received about 3,000 requests for assistance. They have approved about 75.
