I could strangle my today

Well sort of I don't actually have human , what I have are two one year old huskies who decided they wanted to run away. To set the stage for today last night when I went to sleep it was nearly 85 degrees or so and while I know those of you in the lower 48 see 100's but when you almost never see it that hot it's balls soup hot specially when you don't have air conditioning and a forest fire 40 miles up the road is burning. So after a fit full night of sleep never once do I think I actually was covered just sleeping in my naked glory waking up slightly every hour or so to say Ugh and look at the clock to see if it was 3 am when I had to get out of bed. Finally it was and the day went well except for a well lets just say there are right way and wrong ways to go about things with me and being a boot licking toad trying to throw me under the bus is not the way to go about it. So the day finally ended and on my way home I stopped by the store and picked up a bag of ice and dropped it into the fur water, and they where as happy as can be, I like to think I am a responsible owner/parent. I don't let my dogs run wild or keep them chained up, I have a large chain link fenced in run for them to do and play as they please, if I walk them it is on a lead. But I left the back door to the garage open to create a breeze and when I walked out the man door I apparently didn't shut it fully and the two beat feet as fast as they could. after spending 4 hours looking for them they decide to show back up at the house as I was doing one last look before it got to dark, thankfully the two brats ran across the porch as I was driving back by the house and I saw them, needless to say there is no sympathy on their end.

 Ah dogs and kids..much the same personality..it's all fun and games til someone gets the shits!
Ive got 2.5 cats..the .5 is the ratbag.
