Just getting this off my chest i paid for 1000 points off here two days ago by sms and i've been billed 10euro off my phone pre paid credit and i havent recevied my points i just get this stupid message that won't go away

"you currently have an order placed on January 27, 2011 that has not yet been fully processed.
This order must be completed before another order may be placed."

i go to billing history and its shows its been paid for but the status was "outgoing-pending" whatever that means

so i then canceled the 1000 points by sms in the hope the message would go away but i'm still 10euro down and still get that annoying message if i try to<b> upgrade </font></b>another way..

doubt anyone can help but if you can comment below im just pissed because i held my side of the bargain and this site doesnt seem to be holding there side of it.

Sent two emails to customer service but that was no help they just said to contact my phone provider. And by the way whats with that confirmid thing surely theres an easier way to do it than having to send post to california and although i have enough points for silver membership i cant redeem it because i havent confirmed my identity.
