 I've never been a fan of the bathroom selfie.... Especially if there is a toilet in the back drop. I agree with the others, bedroom.... A tasteful nude with a nice background.

 I like to take them sprawled out on a bed. At home is nice, but I like to be out. Hotel beds are my favorite. I can get lost in my fantasies and get into the moment so much easier. They make for far better pictures. They capture the passion of the moment.

Hope age and ethnicity do not bother you.
As for pictures of you being totally nude: in focus, nice background in which you are the main subject, and your face is included. I suspect you are an attractive guy with good manners.
