I’ve taken upon myself improve my health this year. I started exercising at the first of the year, eating foods that are better for me ( but not nearly as enjoyable eat as chips and burgers), and not procrastinating as much as I used . While I am quite proud of my results so far, I’ve also noticed a nice side benefit… an increased libido! As one would expect, this makes me excited in more than just one way! Lol. Mentally, physically, and sexually. The downside is that my outlet use such a bonus is still limited mostly self-gratification.
At least I will take comfort in the fact that when I do get those rare chances use the increase in libido, I’ll be ready. Until then, I won’t complain, and I’ll just lose myself in my fantasies as I continue masturbate and wish for some helping hands or a girlfriend.
