We all must find our own ways to heal and take care of ourselves. Sometimes I write, go for a long walk, bury my nose in a book, sort through things in order to declutter or listen to music. What do you do?

Afternoon Sexy Lady

I also do like to go for walks at the park. We also have a river walk path here that I walk on. Sometimes a hot bubble does that trick for me. The ultimate is to make love but my journey to find her is still on going

JUST ME A TALL PASSIONATE MAN WITH A HUGE HEART

I'll usually find a way to find a quiet - or loud - place to sort things out.
Excellent and worthy advice.
I hope you have a great rest of the day and a pleasant week. Stay warm.

Many of us are still looking for that 'right' one. Best wishes in your search.

Healing and care come in different forms. Finding what works for ourselves is key. Staying warm and safe is something we also need n these challenging times.

I agree, Covid has impacted every aspect of our lives and that you have been touched by it in the most direct and specific ways. It does feel like it will never end but there really is hope on the horizon. Thank you for stopping by and sharing your comforting hugs. May peace embrace you.

Whether it is self-induced or as the result of an inadvertent or deliberate action of another I find solace in the 11th step of a 12 step program

Prayer and meditation are healing sources which many find comforting. Thank you for sharing your perspective.

Damage will always be there. The key is coping and putting it in a place where we can safely live with it, where we no longer allow it to harm us ...

In Luv, Lite, Laffter ...

There are different kinds of damage including emotional and physical. Scars may fade but the memories last forever. I agree, we learn to cope is key.
