Hate has four letters, so does Love

Enemies has seven letters, so does Friends

Lying has five letters, so doesTruth

Negative has eight letters, so does Positive

Under has five letters, so does Above

Anger has five letters, so does Happy

Wrong has five letters, so does Right

Hurt has four letters, so does Heal

Life is like a double-edged sword....
So transform every negative side....
Into an aura of positivity

 Every day, we can make a conscious choice to face what lies ahead with either a negative or positive attitude. It's often not easy but I have seen first hand what a difference the choice can make.

 Research suggests that due to a negative bias, people tend to pay more attention to negative events than positive ones. Thanks for the great reminder that life is a like a double edged sword. As they say...let's turn that frown upside down!

 Positivity draws upon both Nature and Nurture.

Some are blessed with a natural confidence that stubbornly resists even the most cynical and toxic social environments. Most of us, however, are at least partially vulnerable to our situation and circumstances.

One of the most effective steps we can take toward positivity is to embed ourselves with self-aware and constructive people. I do not refer to blithe optimists who live in surreal (if not delusional) realities. Rather, I seek out grounded and forward-thinking people who are unafraid to confront Life's awkward and/or unpleasant truths and work toward turning them around.

Surround yourself with negativity and you will be sad, lonely and miserable. Life isn't easy but we have to face it with chins held high

The best thing you can do is try! I don't go around with rose-coloured glasses but I try my best to search for the positive rather than the negative.
