 Pickle on pizza is just wrong.

I love anchovies, just not on pizza. We have a place called Star Pizza down here in Houston and it's fabulous. They do an awesome zuchini pizza.

 I'm not sure how popular kebabs in pitta bread with salad are in America, but over here, if you have been out to the pub, a kebab is needed at the end of the night, to finish it off.
Some of our pizza restaurants have come up with the idea of introducing a kebab pizza!
I will admit, I have tried one of these & truly are weird!
I'm with you on the horrible little fishes, but I do like pickles.
