What do you wear next to your skin?

I'm just a tad bit curious about what some of you guys are wearing beneath your jeans, kahkis, and suits. As I look at men, I often wonder. Sometimes it surprises me when I find out.

I wear briefs in basic black
I wear briefs in assorted colors

 I sometimes go commando.
Mostly I wear sensible cotton briefs.
And I was just reminded of a time or two or more, when I wore quilted men's long johns. Didn't try to be sexy, we were young and poor and our basement apartment was extremely chilly. Only young lovers could survive a winter in that apartment.

 For the record, I think tartan plaid boxers are manly and sexiest. I guess for the same reason that I don't love Speedo bathing suits. I like to uncover the goodies and feel I have received a prize.

Or, it could be the Electra Complex. My dad wore boxers and I associate them with manhood. My young brother wore briefs until he got close to manhood. So I thought that was the rule. Imagine my shock when all my husband wore were tighty whites.

I only recently had a lover wear boxers to my bed. Okay, they were off so fast I barely remember that they were plaid. After all, it whats under the cotton that matters most. And he was yummy!!!
