Another New Year and still in a rut

I know the the year is only a couple of hours old, but here I sit already regretting some decisions I've made.
.
Not sure why I thought this would be different from the last 2 years, but I guess I'm just too gullible. I thought "F" would actually spend some time with me for New Years this year. Nope, his friend "J" came over about 7pm and here it is already after 3am and still he and his friend sit at the table rolling dice and playing their stupid game. The only thing that was said to me all night was "we're not keeping you up are we?" Seriously, he spends so much time with "J" that more than once I have felt like telling him to go fuck him when he is in the mood.

The night before it was similar when another friend "M", came over to watch the game and eat, then when she wanted to go home, she invited me over to play cards are her house, but "F" didn't want me to go. So "F" takes his friend "M" home and doesn't come home until the next morning. The night before that he spent all night with "J" the friend who is here currently.
.
So here I sit debating whether to move out or not. I'm still not sure exactly what our relationship is. If we are just RWB "roommates with benefits", why does he get upset when I spend time away from the house with my friends. Even if we are just RWB is it too much to ask that we at least talk once in while. Most of the time "F" is either sleeping on the couch or with his friend "J". Once in a blue moon we will play cards or backgammon.

Update:

So get this, surprise, surprise, at 5:30 this morning, "F" wants to play after ignoring me for the last 3 days. He did ask if I was pissed and I asked him "what do you think"
