Dodged a bullet, dick stayed out of crazy On a recent trip, I exchanged some messages with a woman in my home town and we seemed on the same page sex-wise but the timing wasn't right. I was kinda limited to something spur of the moment because of family obligations and she only threw out an invite on the last night when it was too late. But I will be back in 6 months so we left the door open. I noticed after a few days however that she continued to look at my profile each day. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Now I've come across a hot profile (especially those out of the area) that I will look at repeatedly, especially when they then check yours out. But not every day for 4 weeks. About 3-4 days in I even sent her a message and she said that it must be an Senior Sizzle glitch, she hadn't looked at it since I left. Okay, fine, these things happen. But at the same time I wondered if she was allowing her cursor to hover over my profile in her messages or such because that will also cause it to be listed as "viewed profile" as well. I even kept off of Senior Sizzle for a day or so just to see. Yep, still had her viewing it. So finally a few days ago sent a message to let her know it was still going on. My attitude was amused and I even said she was probably right, it was some sort of glitch. She responded that she hadn't been viewing it, but if I had a problem with it she would block me to make it stop. I had intended to reply that perhaps she could try logging in and out, but at any rate it would keep her on my mind until I returned. But before I could respond, in less than 12 hours she sent me another message saying she was deleting me, that she wasn't stalking me and also threw in some non-sense about how I must be pissed because she turned down my request to meet which never happened. Then it clicked - oh, she was in fact looking at my profile every fucking day, was probably ticked off I didn't make a bigger effort to meet up and was now having one of those meltdowns crazy people have when they get called out (which is funny, because up until then I thought it probably was some sort of glitch). Now, the part where those who know me will know she is full of it is the part where I got pissed about meeting up. EVERY woman will tell you, it's the opposite problem with me - it can take MONTHS before things come together. But she did have to write a message before blocking me telling me it would the last communication, a wonderfully passive-aggressive tactic because I can't respond. But, at least I didn't stick my dick in crazy then or in the future so that's one benefit.... |
