Decline but keep viewing

I'm sure that everyone's had this same situation.
I extend an invite for someone to join my "Friend's Network", or make myself a "Top Fan" of theirs. They decline the invitation, but continue to view my profile (sure it's not for me, but my "friends"). Every once in a while, I'll send a message asking why, usually never answered.
Then there are those that block my viewing them (dr_alex82 in Aventura, is one), but keep taking a peek at mine.
What's that about ? Anyone .....

 Most probably is a fake/bot that maybe auto do what it set for.

 Thanks for your replies. Yes, have learned the hard way that Senior Sizzle sends out fake views.
I've used this site for amusement and distraction for a long time, but only have hooked-up when I travel, even just to go across the state here in Florida. Where I live, it's so conservative, think people take showers with their clothes on. By amusing myself, it's out of boredom because of location, not to be rude, not show-up for a meet, and I always respond to messages, even it's from someone I'm totally uninterested in.

 I found that this is by far a browsing for entertainment site. At times I tried really hard to meet some interested contacts but nothing ever materialized. It certainly does not work at all as it might look at first. I had a number of invites rejected or ignored as well as many messages unreturned. I also ignore a number of messages and invites but I these cases I don't usually care to view those profiles again.

 I always respond to messages, too.
I find people who IM me or view my profile while masking theirs to be, well, bizarre. I don't respond to anyone who does that.
The site does generate false profile views, though far fewer than I've experienced on other sites.
Any profile that claims to be for a friend or has conflicting information I ignore or report. I like to live and let live, however, allowing scam artists to run wild on the site is not in anyone's best interest (apart from that of the con artists and thieves).
Hang in there - I tell people that this site is like a tiger stalking prey - you'll make between 14 and 20 attempts before you succeed.

 If it’s a message from a profile that is reasonably filled out and has more than one or two photos, and the message is more than a single word, I always reply.
