All Seems to be Quiet Tonight.....

All my watched Bloggers seem to be awfully quiet tonight, maybe it's the weather, then again it may be preoccupied with Xmas doings OR all decided to rest up a bit!!!!

Love to all, and will enjoy reading your blog when back in the groove .....

Matter of personal preference.

Like to post something everyday, but been too awfully busy lately, ie, selling
an older big monster of a beach house, and before getting it closed out, I found a smaller, one level house on the mainland and threw a contract out there contingent upon the closing of the bigger one. Lost one by not acting faster, but think that was for the best as it was 3 levels, and these old legs of mine have walked too many miles over my lifetime. Sure hoping these two deals get closed before Xmas, but the lender on the big house dragging their feet getting
Buyers loan pulled together, wasted the months of Oct. and Nov and got nothing accomplished. WISH me luck that it closes asap.

 About as quiet and sleepy as our little town. No court being held at the Courthouse today, which made it very quiet with less traffic and people stirring.

Bet it won't be tomorrow, as Thursdays are Traffic Court, and Domestic
disturbances heard. Might have to walk a block or two onto the Courthouse Square.
