You have unscrupuls behavior going on inside the working of AFF I called in tonight at 9pm pacific time on 12/26/2015 I guess the associate could not understand the spelling of my online id...so I choose to monopolize on that opportunity. I asked a general question refereeing to what I had read and asked that was correct. What I asked was could gold members send emails to me and then I would be able to respond to them? "Oh yes was her reply and she went on to almost verbatim recite the help sections definitions of the subject." Then she found my account, and logged it. I explained I could not do those things. She began to ride the bicycle backwards. We had clear communication, that there can be no denial. SO then we discussed Gold vs Silver and even VIP memberships the last two I can not access anymore. She said they don't exist.... I assured her they do and began to read from the Senior Sizzle help section. As well I read to her what a Standard member contacts feature is which is below...It was on this she hung up. (Oh I should also note that I asked for a free month since I have had gold for the last three months, and been a member since I before 2008 with never a free month...she said could not get one, I replied that I just finished purcahssing 3 months in a row, I could just not afford 3 months at one shot..but it is the same subscription for a single trial month. Esqxxx_ replies on 1/1/2016 12:23 am: I suggest writing in to customer service. Plan on at least two attempts at the same subject, just assume they wont think you are serious the first time. If that doesn't work do what I did write the owner. I appreciate the advice, but truthfully, my decision to stop paying them was based on more than just my issues with their apparent dishonesty in cajoling payment out of me. My ultimate solution to that problem was to delete all of my payment information. They can reset my to auto renew all they want now... with no account to charge, they get bumpkiss. The other main reason I dropped the paid plan was that after 6 years living in and actively searching for a partner in the Puget Sound area, I have found that the only women that are looking for love online are either young and hot and not remotely interested in someone my age, or they are there because there is something so horrible wrong with them that they can't possibly find love in the real world. This experience was repeated on nearly a dozen other online sites as well, not just A FF. I've just totally given up on finding a girlfriend on the internet.

Twice now, they promised 6 free months with a 1 year gold if I also sent x number of emails and posted x number blogs... and they never credited me the extra time, despite the fact that I could prove that I had fulfilled my part of the deal. They have also on MANY occasions switched me to auto renew, even though I set that OFF every time. These peeps are dishonest. That's why I stopped paying.
