One question.

Just one question before I ran off to bed. Feeling a little grumpy from the tiredness coming down hard. I have a long day and long night of work to rush ahead tomorrow.

So my question. How do one fit exercise, dinner, shower, unwind and bedtime in 3-4 hours? Typically between 8pm to 12mn and still be able to wake up refreshed at about 6am.

Good night!!

Dine as the shower warms, take your playmate with you into the shower and work up a cardio sweat as you clean and towel, then spoon each other as you fall into slumber...
good luck

Hi Angel, it's been a while now. About exercise, dinner, shower, unwind and bedtime. It can be done. You need to tell yourself "Hey! I'm done with today" despite there are still plenty of work from the heap. Get out of office. Make it a routine. Not worth killing time at work too much sometimes. Get off, head directly to gym. Put in an hour or so of workout. Then you may want to go to shower first (at the gym) or hit for dinner nearby (if there's any). A quick meal will only take about 20-30 minutes tops. You get home, plenty of time to unwind and another shower (all nice and prepped for bed). A good night sleep certainly ensured if you let every thoughts of work go off. Try it! You can do it!

Have sex in the shower, (exercise, unwind, shower) and drink your fill of liquid protein (dinner) while doing blowjob. Then sleep spooning in bed (unwind, exercise, sleep)

Well this is something I can relate too and here's what i do. I get home shower(while the food's being heated up if you cook then shower after), eat and unwind(usually with a book or watch the telly or whatever)then in bed by 11 or 12. Up after 6 hours of sleep(feeling like crap) for a 30min to 1hour run/jog and then a shower before I head off to work. Get's me refreshed for a long day of work!

If the day get's really long(more then 14 hours I sometimes run around my work place for about 30mins to get some energy before heading back to work.

You asked a lot of questions which could be rather 'personal' and also not specific enough within your post...? Answering that question you've posted usually should take hours to have them properly addressed... You can OPT to spend some time with me and let me show you how..... On second thought, why not I just 'briefly' go through things with you....?

Sleep is a very personal thing. There're people who can have a good 'rest' with just 2-3 hours of sleep, there're some who cannot do without > 8.... Knowing yourself and your sleeping pattern / habit certainly helps.... It ranges from questions like how many hours do you typically need to sleep to feel refresh enough? What activities are 'acceptable' before sleep for you? What activities or happenings might affect your sleep? To me, sleeping habit, patterns and need can be trained... Not sure about you though? Like I've said, everybody is different... Try out something of your own?

I think 'shower' is pretty much a standard thing... At least to me that is...? But of course, you can also be creative and put some 'unwinding' factor into your shower (e.g. Soaking in a bath tub) When you have your shower and how long you give to it might also accept some of the other things you've mentioned... The idea is to find out the optimized way of handling it....

Exercise (at least to me) is a MUST, though it might not be a daily must.... Depending on what you do, what you can be doing, what shape you're currently in and what shape do you want to become, each day can be of a different composition...

Dinner CAN be pretty much a routine thing. Then again, you can put 'unwinding' factor into it as well..... Once again, either simple or be CREATIVE!

Last but not least, you can put up simple daily or weekly routines for what you've mentioned or just go by your 'mood' / need / condition each day that may come or some days which might differ! Personally suggest you can try different compositions where you can put more time / emphasis on certain factor(s) on certain days, mix them around so that more than one factor could be satisfied while doing a certain activity, take out one / some of the factors altogether on certain things.... Or even give it all up on some crazier days!

SO YOU SEE?? LIFE NEED NOT BE BORING OR UNSATISFYING!! YOU CAN EVEN GET YOUR SIGNIFICANT OTHER TO JOIN IN FOR THE 'PLANNING'!! So HAVE FUN and HAPPY PLANNING!!!
