June?? That seems way to long. Maybe that is when he will be traveling into town. That makes more sense to me.

There are good movies out there now! He can take you to the other movie also when it is released.

It doesn't make much sense to me Unless he is meeting you regularly and he wants to make sure you will be available then he has some issue that needs explanation. Maybe that date is after his release date from prison. LOL   The perversity of the universe is unbounded.

I really enjoy going to the movies, yet unless I know you fairly well would feel just a wee bit uncomfortable doing so as a date. Honestly think meeting for a drink is much better gives both concerned a bit more wiggle room.
