 I have lived in Singapore for many years so I don't have much understanding whether "up-skirt videos" are an issue in the US.

In Singapore, at least a couple of times a week there will be a story about some guy or other who has been convicted - and jailed (yes, almost always they jail these guys) - as a result of stalking women in skirts with their hand-phone cameras.

Basically they ride escalators behind women in skirts/dresses; or they squat down in grocery-store aisles, next to women who are shopping - attempting to film video-clips with their camera's aimed up the women's skirts.

Honestly, I can't understand the attraction of filming up a woman's skirt - much less risking jail-time and public disgrace if outed as a stalker/pervert.

Because I suppose that most women are wearing panties under their dresses. Now if most women went commando - like this seriously hot pic of Kathy flashing her lovely labia-lips - then it might make more sense that these guys are so tempted to act on their impulses. Hmmm . . .

Anyway - two things: first is both-thumbs up for a delicious photo and for a fun blog topic. Second is the question whether it's common in the US - and not only in Singapore - for men to take "up-skirt video's".

Either way, that seems creepy and out-of-bounds to me. It's one thing for a woman to want to flash her pussy. Different entirely for guys to use their phones to play peeping-Tom - frown.
