Yes I believe you 100%

Had a few emails from scammers over the years, but got a new approach the other day.

Received one off a supposedly 31 year old female in America. Goes like this..... my uncle saw your profile while I was browsing this site. He said he really liked you and wanted to know more. He's not a member but hopes we can stay in touch to get to know each other and see where it goes.

Me.... It won't go anywhere as I live in Australia, and that he should join the site and look for someone local.

Her.............He knows you are in Australia, no problems as he's planing on building his new company here some day {some day) Give me your email , and sent me some random photo of some man.

Not decided if or what type of reply to send. Shall I play her(?) along, send a... I know you are full of shit, or just ignore it?

What would you do?

What uncle nobody should fear the most is that you do get to know him & expose his non existent self!!!

Having been banned from a site for replying to a scammer's message, I don't entertain them any more.

However I agree it would bring some satisfaction knowing you were wasting their time by stringing them along for a while.

After reading the comment below yours, think it might be best if I just ignore them.

You were the one that got banned???? WTF?

Years ago I did string a scammer along for weeks, then hit him with .... I knew he was a scammer. Funny, never heard from him again.

Thanks for popping in.

It's a shame so many people fall for them.

I'd just ignore it and block the member!!!

I might do that, or let them keep wasting their time and not replying.

I would string them along. Time to screw with those assholes.

I'd ignore...but Miss Lala's approach is pretty funny.

I would say "SHOO FLY" and send her to the Senior Sizzle bug jar called DELETE.

I'm not sure why you even bothered to reply the first time

As much as stringing them along sounds like fun, I'd be cautious of too many emails, who knows what can be traced or linked through the great ether of cyberspace

I must have been bored. Normally I would have ignored the email.

Good bit of advice. Won't bother replying to the last one.

I didn't take it any further, and a few days later the profile was deleted.
