Did my bit today. We have a major election coming up. I got the privilege of voting today for dumb or dumber. It is compulsory here to vote. In the past we've only had to put the number 1 above the line on one of the forms, this time we have to number 1-6. In doing so, I got to read all the parties names. FFS. How can you take elections seriously with party names like...............Pirate Party and Australian Sex Party? Unfortunately, the boxes to put the numbers in are too small to write Hell yes to the Aust. Sex Party.  |

Well it was a waste of time. No address on the ballot form saying where the party was. Maybe you could run in the next election, I'd vote for you.  I'd even move States to help campaign.

i've voted in every election i was eligible...sometimes the choices were not great so i voted against someone. arrgh, i'd vote for a pirate, matey..or maybe a sexy pirate...

I've always just put one number in the box, but having to do at least six this time, I got a bit of a laugh reading some of the party names.

I wish we had "American Sex Party" here. Our election is becoming a joke and news papers are adding to it. Cum to my blog and respond.  Have a great kissing fun time.

We too only have two parties we can vote for. The others are there to give their preferences to them. I wish it wasn't compulsory to vote here, they are both dick heads, as is the case for the past few elections.

The pirate party could be fun, can see you dressed as a pirate. As for the sex party, not sure what they are offering, probably better if we have our own sex party.
