Here I go, again, again, again...........

Here I go, again, again, again........... I am trying to give up smoking......again. I am on day two of those magic pills. Should take about two weeks for me not to want a cigarette. I did try them a year or so ago, but stupid me, didn't finish the course. I hadn't been smoking for three months, so thought I had been cured. A few people I know heve been on them and have had vivid erotic dreams. I missed out last time, but will be having some early nights, in the hope of not missing out this time.

Try the gum and the patch. I had to use the patch on Carmen This is not meant to offend any one in any way.

had friends that used the patches when quitting and they couldn't wear them at night, only during the day as it caused vivid dreams and sometimes heavy sweating. have you thought about putting the money that you'd normally spend every day on cigs into a jar? do you need another pic of me for those vivid erotic dreams?..

Thank you for popping into my blog and the wishes. I found the last time I was on the pills and they had kicked in, I could be around smokers and didn't feel like one. So this time I will have to finish the course, and become a non smoker.

The next time you want a cigarette, it's okay. When you pull it out of the pack, just tell yourself... Wait 5 minutes. Then put it away. don't forget to get busy. Just keep telling yourself this. I've been waiting 5 minutes at a time for the past 12 years now!

Good for you Marysia....I quit almost 4 months ago. It is tough but worth it. I had the gum and patches and somehow went cold turkey. Good luck and enjoy those dreams. BehindMyBlues

I was going to say I'm not bothering to find the will to stop anymore. But maybe I should try those pills lol. What one's are they? I must cut down though at least  Well done. Good luck. Happy nightmares  hehe.
