I have found that when I am having sex it has a way to relieve my stress and tension. What type of benefit do you get from having sex?

 When I get all tensed up and under stress It does really ease the stress and tension.

 I will say yes. After a stressful week of work, having some sex on the weekend helps me to chill out.
