Wow...

Wow... Well sorry I wasn't on this weekend. I needed a bit of time. To come to the realization of my dr.'s appt, welcome K home and just relax. Dr appt went well. I kinda decieved some people...for their own good in a way. A sweet friend who does more for others than herself offered to go with me although it was the dreaded Fri the 13th. But she had already had a long night....so I told her to rest. Mini me assumed (so I let her think it was all covered) that the friend was going with me so she stayed home to get her chores done before going to her dad's (ok, reality...her grandparents). The dr was very straight forward. He told me the last biopsy was benign. Asked if I still wanted to move forward with the surgery. Yep. So he asked when would be the best time. Well my longest period off would either be summer break (too late this year) or Christmas break. So, it is now scheduled for me to do pre-op mid Nov and schedule my surgery for the first week of Dec. Gonna be doing a lot of relaxing this Christmas break. K was first scheduled to get home from his business trip on Sat. He rescheduled to get home Fri night. So, he told me his itenirary and I tracked him. He told me he was home, heading home...at home (the last message I was already about 1/4 mile away!) It was nice to fall into his arms. To have him hold me. To tell me he loved me. We spent Sat. having a late breakfast, then we decided to do a spontaneous trip to my hometown (just a suburb off the city). Showed him the old house, elem school, jr high and finally hs. Where I worked at the Catholic school....Then he wanted to just drive the main strip. And the further he drove...the closer he got to a haunted memory. I took him. We drove by. And drove by once more. It didn't feel so haunted anymore. Onward! Stopped and got him a haircut, then off to the local health food grocery store. I loved it...I would make a mmm sound and he would want to know if I wanted that. He so wants to take care of me. Ended up with a nice seedless watermelon  . Homeward! Dropped off food then headed to the local Wally world to grab some grilling stuff. It is nice. Nice to relax. No pressure. He is into me just the way I am. Not into me just for sex. He loves me. He likes Mini me too! And she adores him. And the really cool thing? He is into the same things...he loves to just reach across the car as we drive and touch me. Not sexual...we just are touching. (I am a HUGE affectionate person) [image]  |
