Monday, Monday

So today was my first day back to work after my two week spring break. Not quite as bad as I thought.

Before spring break, it seemed that during the work week I could not sleep the whole night straight through. During spring break I slept great. Sunday night mini & I went to bed at 10pm. And I awoke at.....11:17p....and again at 3:32a!!! What's up with that?!?!

Back to work! My Monday wasn't too bad. No "huge" surprises. One of our 2nd grade teachers is on maternity leave for the rest of the year and our "long term" sub is a former teacher from our school! That was awesome news! Love this guy...he's a hoot!

Mini me had a dr's appt so left early. After appt we ran over to the local Wally World to pick up veggie & other odds n ends. And of course one of the "main" things I went for I forgot! Had to go back inside, lol. Made it home where I had some chicken marinating. Yes, baby actually cooked! Garlic/herb chicken & sweet corn in butter sauce. Not too bad. (ok, so I had to text a friend or two asking time/temp cuz I DON'T cook) We did have coke floats for "dessert" too!
