Popcorn, Walking backward, Willard water, and Lithium Aspartate....

Those of you who are careful readers and don't hop, skip, and frogleap around on posts, are perhaps thinking, " Now what the Holy Crap is this old nutcake writing about this time?"

Remedies for preventing the onset of dementia, my reading friends.
This is what this post is about. I'm writing this on the morning of April 4th, and in 3 days I will turn 74.

Yeah, it's amazing to me too. When I was a young masturbator, I never thought I'd live to the year 2000.

But here am I, still alive and kicking, and just as important to this site, (and to my enjoyment of life), still spurting sperm.

Are you aware that popcorn is somehow connected with the prevention of dementia?

Did you know that walking backwards at least a couple of times a week and covering at least a few hundred yards, exercises your brain and helps create new pathways in the brain?

Have you ever heard or read anything about Willard Water? It's an industrial parts cleaner, that believe it or not, does miraculous things to living organisms when consumed in tiny quantities? (Willard Water costs about $100.00 a gallon, but after it's purchased one dilutes it by adding only one fluid ounce to one gallon of pure drinking water.)

Do you know anything about Lithium Aspartate? It can be purchased at any health food store, and only costs a few dollars. This is another compound that is able to create seratonin in the brain and create new neural pathways. Be careful if you decide to try this stuff, it can make you very dreamy and strange feeling when first ingested.

Okay call me a nut if you want. I love life and I'm still horny as all hell and curious about everything.

Because of some ancient experience I've had with teaching, I won't give any more details about anything here. These little posts on this site, are not set up for long, involved in-depth articles, about anything.

I've planted the seeds.... If you're interested in any of these items you can search the internet and find reams of material on all of them.

Suffice it to say that I use all of the above, and also do exercises on this ab roller, the picture of which, is at the top of this post...(I apologize for this little machine being covered in dust, I use it outside on a cement slab, and forgot to bring it inside during a desert dust storm--I should have at least dusted it off before taking this picture!)

Hey, I just thought some of the very lovely and handsome inquiring minds on this site who read my stuff once in awhile might want to know about some of these mind expanders. Just a few things that help to keep a person alive and healthy...

I would love to try some of the health food stuff, but my insurance doesn't pay for that, and I spend enough on meds as it is. If popcorn keeps your brain going, my husband should be in good shape. He eats it almost every evening. (He shares with Buddy the Wonder dog.
We do spend a few thousand dollars each year on supplements. M. has gotten me to eat popcorn dry. No salt, no oil-- but when she's not here I sometimes put the no, no on it: melted butter.

We pop the corn (we like the small white popcorn the best), in a hot air popper. The thing must be over 30 years old! Still going strong!

I've known a few people out here who quite suddenly started acting very strangely, and then over the months became suddenly worse, and finally had to be placed in a home.

There's a distant neighbor who's now 84, and lives alone, and aside from trouble with his knees (where he had operations a few years ago to replace both knees with steel implants), he's still in very good health.

When I go into town I usually stop by his compound to see how he is.
The last time I was there about 10 days ago, he was sad because his old male dog had wandered off. Usually when that happens out here, they go off to die. I suspect that's what happened to "Koi". On the previous visit to Rick's house, Koi acted strangely and climbed in my car with me when I first stopped, and licked my face. He was very old, about 16. He was a chow. I loved the old guy. If he did go off to die, I hope it was a gentle death with him just falling quietly asleep, a final sleep.

I was going to make a comment, but forgot what I was going to say.

I'll come back and post it later....if I remember.

    Happy (early) birthday my friend.
Thank you, Bob. Marisol knows I like to just go on as normal on my Birthday. She's the same way, so we won't be doing any celebrating.

I listen to a lot of radio talk shows. There's a Dr. Bob Martin who is broadcast out of New Mexico on a Palm Springs station early on Sunday morning and mentions a lot of supplements that aid in natural health.

When I hear something that interests me, I then go on the Internet and look up the supplement and read everything I can find on it.

Dr. Willard Water, com can be found on the web. and you can view an older 60 minute Video on the web site showing pictures of how it's made and it's curative effects.

Yes, about Lecithin I take two capsules of it combined with garlic each morning. Marisol and I both are holistic health people.

Geneva, the Internet is marvelous for finding out about all sorts of things. I love it.

I buy all my supplements from Swanson Health Products and they only carry the aspartate form of Lithium.. Originally I'd read about Lithium Orotate, and that's the form I originally wanted to order. I buy the 5 mg capsules, 100 to the bottle, and I think they only cost about $7.00 or $8.00.

I only take about one capsule a week. It seems to center my thinking and allow me to concentrate better.
